Through this programme, qualified UK-based charities are able to request a wide range of Microsoft and Cisco product donations. The products include operating system software, productivity software such as Microsoft Office, publishing software and server software and hardware products.

Charities are required to pay a small Administrative Fee to cover the costs of the programme. Whilst the administrative fees vary, charities will still make savings of between 92-96% on typical retail prices. Charities have access to a wide array of educational resources through the CTX Programme which helps them best choose, implement, and use the Microsoft and Cisco product donations.
