Following on from the Solar World Congresses 2003 in Gothenburg, Sweden and 2005 in Orlando, and coinciding with the celebration of the 50th anniversary of ISES, the ISES Solar world conference takes place 18-21 September 2007 in Beijing, China. This conference invites participants to discuss how to effectively promote sustainable development and which resources to use for that purpose. In particular the Congress will focus on the role of renewable energy in the economic growth and environmental protection of China.
